길모어 플레이스 설명

오늘 소개해 드릴 길모어 플레이스(Gilmore Place)는 총 12.5에이커 부지에 10개의 고층 타워가 초 역세권에 들어오는 프로젝트입니다. 2차 타워는 밴쿠버에서 가장 높은 64층이 타워가 건설될 예정입니다. 길모어 스카이트레인 역에 있는 주상복합 고층 콘도이고 50만 스퀘어피트의 Retail 상가와 100만 스퀘어피트의 오피스 부지가 함께 건설됩니다. 또한, 7만 스퀘어피트의 공공시설을 갖추고 있습니다. 공공시설에는 볼링장, 실내, 야외 수영장, 스크린 골프, 피트니스 시설, 게스트룸, 놀이터, 농구장 등을 포함하고 있습니다.

완공 시기

완공 예정은 2023년 후반으로 5년 정도 걸리고요. 관리비는 스퀘어피트당 $0.45이고 보증금 구조는 25%입니다. 3개의 타워가 동시에 분양하였으며 현재는 두 번째 타워를 분양하고 있습니다.

실내

실내는 최고급 유럽 가전제품, 가스스토브, 세탁기, 건조기를 포함하고 있으며 거실에는 빌트인 테이블을 제공하며 중앙 쿨링, 히팅 시스템을 갖춰 에어컨, Hot water, gas가 관리비에 포함되어 있습니다. 마스터 베드 룸에는 walk-in-closet과 화장실 바닥이 온돌로 되어 있습니다. 평형 대는 1 베드와 2베드가 있으며 가격은 스퀘어피트당 $900 선으로 브렌트우드에 있는 다른 콘도($1,100/sqft) 보다 저렴하게 분양되고 있습니다.

위치

다운타운까지의 거리는 17분 정도 걸리며 이곳 주변이 새로 개발되고 있어서 장기적으로 투자하기 좋은 곳입니다.
